BOGURA, July 13, 2024 (BSS) - A seven-day long tree fair and tree plantation programme began in the district town today.

Ragebul Ahsan Ripu, MP, inaugurated the fair in the town's Edward Park this morning. Later a discussion was held at Shaheed Tito Auditorium in the town on the occasion.

Deputy Commissioner Md Siful Islam presided over the function. It was addressed among others, by Police Super Jakir Hossain and Deputy Director of the district Department of Agricultural Extension Md Matlubor Rahman.

A total of 39 stalls have been set up at the fair.
