TANGAIL, Sep 20, 2024 (BSS) - Two people were killed and two others injured

as a truck crushed a battery run auto rickshaw in Dhanbari upazila of the
district this morning.

The deceased were identified as auto rickshaw passengers Abu Raihan and
Mofazzel Hossain. They were the residents in the upazila.

Officer-in-Charge of Dhanbari Thana Idris Ali said the accident occurred in
Baghil area this morning. One of the deceased died on the spot, the other
breathed his last on the way to Modhupur Upazila Health complex.

Police seized the truck.
