KHULNA, Jan 14, 2025 (BSS)- Khulna City Corporation (KCC) has been working to update the cards of Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) aimed at formulating a flawless list of the beneficiaries.

KCC authority revealed this while addressing a meeting styled "Updated information preparation and distribution of TCB cards" with the ward-level designated officers.

Divisional Commissioner and KCC Administrator Firoj Sarker presided over the meeting held at his office conference hall here today.

 KCC Chief Executive Officer Lasker Tazul Islam, Secretary Sharif Asif Rahman  and TCB Joint Director Anisur Rahman also addressed the meeting.

Commissioner Firoj Sarker stressed the need for ensuring transparency and accountability in the field of formulating the beneficiary list. He also asked all concerned to remain alert so that none of the less-income families is left from the government support.

Firoj Sarker also directed them to complete the updating works as soon as possible.
