Auto rickshaw driver's body recovered in Patuakhali

PATUAKHALI, March 5, 2025 (BSS) - Police recovered the body of an auto rickshaw driver in Badurtali Sluice gate area of Kalapara municipality this morning.

The deceased was Sohel Sikder, 37, son of Gani Sikder, a resident of Badarpur village of Patuakhali district.

Being informed, a team of police rushed to the spot and recovered the hanging body of Sohel from his rented house around 5.30 am , said Jewel Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Kalapara Police Station.

The body was sent to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
