PANCHAGARH, Mar 9, 2025 (BSS) – The mobile court shut down two brick kilns for baking clay bricks illegally in the district today.
Boda Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) S M Fuad conducted the mobile court and stopped the activities of the kilns for not having clearance documents of the Department of Environment and approval from the district administration.
The two kilns that were demolished are Messrs. LRB Bricks in the Fultala area of Boda upazila and Messrs. MTM Bricks in the Lakshmidar Kalitala area of Atwari upazila.
The mobile court was conducted as part of the drive to evict illegal brick kilns following the orders of the higher court.
