Missing auto driver's body recovered in Manikganj

MANIKGANJ, March 11, 2025 (BSS) - Police recovered the body of an auto-rickshaw driver today from South Azimnagar village under Singair upazila of the district after five days of his missing.

The deceased was Abul Hossain, 45, of the same area.

Being informed, a police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body from a maize field, said Toufique Azam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Singair Police Station.

Family sources said Abul Hossain went out from house on Friday last and did not return.

Later, the body was sent to Manikganj Medical College Hospital morgue.
