Army distributes iftar, financial aid to destitute families in Langadu

RANGAMATI, March 12, 2025 (BSS) – Langadu Zone of Bangladesh Army 
distributed iftar items and financial aid among over 200 poor families here today 
on the occasion of the holy Ramadan. 


Langadu Mainimukh Army Camp Zone Commander Lt. Col. Himel Mia 
distributed the iftar items and financial assistance to the poor families this 
morning at a function in the camp.

Zone Deputy Commander Hossain Mohammad Maruf, Zone Adjutant Anirban 
and other officials were present at the time. 

The Army distributed one packet of semai, one kg of chickpea, one kg of 
aromatic rice, one kg of dal, one kg of sugar, 250 grams date, soybean oil -1 liter 
along with financial aid.

Iftar items and financial assistance were provided to more than two hundred 
families, including two institutions - Sena Maitree Vidyaniketan, South 
Rahmatpur Keratul Madrasa, and 2 helpless individuals.
