RAB arrests 14 brokers from Mymensingh Medical College Hospital

MYMENSINGH, April 22, 2025 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) today arrested 14 brokers including a women from Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.

A team of RAB-14 conducted a drive at the hospital against the brokers, involved in cheating patients regularly, from 10am to 2pm and arrested them red-handed, RAB sources said.  

The team conducted the operation in plain clothes at various units of the hospital and arrested them, the sources added.

The RAB also recovered 14 mobile phone sets form their possessions.

Later, executive magistrate of the district Shafiqul Islam sentenced them to different terms of imprisonment.
