DHAKA, April 23, 2025 (BSS) - Joypurhat district administration has held a preparatory meeting on observance of the May Day on May 1.

The meeting was held at the Additional Deputy Commissioner's office here today with Deputy Commissioner Afroza Akter in the chair.
Officials from Joypurhat district administration and leaders of trade unions spoke on the occasion. 

The preparatory meeting came up with the decisions that May Day will be observed enthusiastically in the district with different types of arrangements including colorful rallies, discussion seminar, cultural programs and competitions.
