One held with 201 bottles of phensedyl in Dinajpur

RANGPUR, July 12, 2025 (BSS) - The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 arrested a suspected drug peddler with 201 bottles of Phensedyl from Uttar Katla village under Birampur police station in Dinajpur on Friday afternoon. 

On a tip-off, an operational team of the RAB-13’s Crime Prevention Company (CPC)-3 from Gaibandha Camp conducted a raid there, recovered the phensedyl and arrested the person from the spot at 12:45 pm,” said a press release.

The detainee is Md Bulbul Hasan, 35, son of late Badiuzzaman of village Uttar Katla under Birampur police station in Dinajpur district.

After filing a case, the elite force handed over the arrestee and the recovered items to Birampur police station for further legal action.
