BOGURA, July 12, 2025 (BSS) - A youth was killed and two others were injured 
when a truck hit their motorcycle in Ullapara Khandkarpara area under Dhunat 
upazila of the district last night.

The deceased was identified as Azizul Hakim, 17, son of Solaiman Ali, a 
resident of Mohipur area under Sherpur upazila of the district.

The accident took place when a truck hit a motorcycle from the opposite 
direction at midnight today, leaving its rider and two co-rider injured 
critically, said Saidul Alam, officer-in-charge (OC) of Dhunat Police Station 
this noon.

Azizul died on the way to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital. 
Injured Abu Bakkar, 17, and Nayan Mia, 18, are undergoing treatment at the 
hospital, he added.
