BHOLA, Jan 8, 2026 (BSS) - A doa mahfil was held here today seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

The doa mahfil was organized by the district unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) at Mahajanpatti, district BNP office in the town at 10:00 am.

Bhola district BNP convener Alhaj Golam Nabi Alamgir, the district BNP Member Secretary Raisul Alam, Joint Convener Shafiur Rahman Kiran, Anamul Haque, Humayun Kabir Sopan, Jubadal President Abdul Quader Selim, Swechchhasebak Dal District Member Secretary Robin Chowdhury, BNP leader Khandaker Al-Amin, and other district-level leaders were present, among others.
