BAJUS greets newly elected MP Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf with flowers

FARIDPUR, Feb 26, 2026 (BSS) - Leaders of Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) greeted the newly elected Member of Parliament (MP) from Faridpur-3 Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf with flowers at his residence here last night.

BAJUS leaders visited his residence at Moyez Manzil in the town and held a view-exchange meeting. At the end of the meeting, they presented him with flower bouquets as a mark of congratulations.

During the meeting, the leaders congratulated Yusuf on his victory from Faridpur-3 constituency and assured him of their full cooperation in carrying out the overall development activities in the coming days. The MP thanked them and pledged to stand by the business community on issues related to their interests in future.

BAJUS leaders also demanded that regular police patrols be strengthened in the local goldsmith market area. In response, the MP assured them that he would look into the matter with due importance and take steps to implement the demands step by step.

Among others, Faridpur district BNP Member Secretary A.K. Kibirya Swapan and other district BNP leaders were present at that time.

The event was presided over by BAJUS district unit President Nanda Kumar Baral and conducted by General Secretary Shyamal Karmakar. Among others, Baburam Karmakar, Gouranga Karmakar, Subodh Dey, Ishtiaq Ahmed Lenin, Shankar Dutta, Tapas Dutta, Dipak Adhya, Sanjoy Karmakar, Palash Dutta, Palash Pal, Manik Dutta, Shyamcharan Karmakar, Nimai Bakshi, Bolai Das and Rezaul Karim were part of the delegation.
