CHATTOGRAM, Sept 8, 2026 (BSS) - Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) today organised an 'Open House Day' to address various complaints and issues raised by residents of the city.

The pre-scheduled 'Open House Day' was held at the CMP conference room at Dampara Police Lines this afternoon.

CMP Additional Police Commissioner (Administration and Finance) Wahidul Haque Chowdhury attentively listened to the various complaints and concerns raised by the service seekers in attendance.

He subsequently instructed the concerned officers to take prompt action after documenting the complaints.

During the event, several service seekers expressed their gratitude to the Additional Police Commissioner and satisfaction over the immediate resolution of their issues.

CMP Additional Police Commissioner Muhammad Faisal Ahmed, Deputy Police Commissioners Sheikh Shariful Islam and Nesar Uddin Ahmed, along with other senior CMP officials and service seekers from various parts of the city, were present at the event.
