DHAKA, April 22, 2026 (BSS) – The government has decided to observe National Revolution and Solidarity Day on November 7 every year with due importance and official recognition.

The Cabinet Division issued a circular in this regard on Tuesday, signed by Deputy Secretary (General Branch) Tania Afroz.

According to the circular, the day has been included in the list of Category-A national observances, ensuring its observance at the highest state level.

It said the decision was taken in line with an earlier Cabinet Division circular issued on March 11, 2026, incorporating the day into the existing list of Category-A observances.

The circular also instructed all concerned ministries, divisions and agencies to take necessary measures to implement the decision effectively.
