DHAKA, July 25, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today exchanged views with BNP leaders from Rangpur Division as part of a series of discussions aimed at strengthening the party at the grassroots level.

The meeting was held at the BNP Chairman's political office at Gulshan in the city this afternoon.

"This is part of a continuing series of meetings. BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is holding these discussions to keep the party strong at the grassroots level," said Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.

He said, during these meetings, the Prime Minister is taking updates on the condition of the party at the grassroots and giving necessary directives.

Leaders from Rangpur metropolitan city and Rangpur, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Gaibandha and Lalmonirhat districts attended the meeting.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Organizing Secretary Asadul Habib Dulu and Assistant Organizing Secretary Md Abdul Khalek were present at the meeting.

Earlier, on July 20, Tarique Rahman held a similar meeting with grassroots leaders from Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, and Panchagarh districts.
