DHAKA, Feb 8, 2025 (BSS) – The security in and around the Supreme Court (SC) area has been beefed up today to maintain law and order. 

“We have strengthened security arrangements in the Supreme Court and its surrounding areas,” Deputy Commissioner, Dhaka Metropolitan Police   Jasim Uddin told BSS today. 
   
As part of the reinforcement of security, members of police, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and other law enforcing agencies have been deployed in the area since this morning.
