DHAKA, March 2, 2025 (BSS) - Primary and Mass Education Adviser Professor Dr Bidhan Ranjan Roy Podder has called for showing respect towards the opinions of others to avoid conflicts with each other.

"If we cannot respect the opinions of others, the conflicts among us will not stop. The main message of the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda is 'As many opinions, as many paths'," he said.

The adviser said these while speaking as the chief guest at a religious programme and discussion organised by Ramakrishna Math here on Saturday marking the 190th birth anniversary of Sri Ramakrishna Dev.

Principal and Secretary of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission Swami Purnatmananda presided over the programme while Professor of Culture Department of Dhaka University (DU) Dr Moyna Talukder and English Department Prof Dr Bijoy Lal Basu were present on the occasion.
