DHAKA, March 4, 2025 (BSS) - With a view to equipping students with practical knowledge for navigating the job market and making well-informed career decisions, a seminar titled 'Job Market Reality in Bangladesh' was held on the North South University (NSU) campus.
    
The Career and Placement Center (CPC) of the NSU in collaboration with Don Sumdany Facilitation and Consultancy organised the seminar, according to a press release here. 

Welcoming the participants, Director of CPC Professor Dr Taufiqul Islam highlighted the importance of career development and preparing students for the challenges of the professional world.

Chief Inspirational Officer of Don Sumdany Facilitation and Consultancy Ghulam Sumdany Don presented the keynote paper focusing on the realities of the job market in Bangladesh. 

He stressed the importance of maintaining a strong CGPA to open doors to better job opportunities and emphasized the value of self-grooming for professional success. 

Professor Dr Taufiqul Islam also shared his views during the event, reflecting on the ever-evolving job market. 

He encouraged students to continually seek knowledge and sharpen their skills to stay competitive in the workforce.
