DHAKA, April 28, 2025 (BSS) - Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC)
Administrator Mohammad Azaz today said the information on its [DNCC] all
projects will be published on the website to ensure transparency and
accountability.
He said this at the inauguration and public hearing of the construction of a
total of four kilometers (km) of roads, five-km-sewers and 1.5-km of footpath
in the Paschim Shewrapara, Paschim Kazipara and Senpara Parbata areas under
DNCC Ward No. 14 as the chief guest.
He said, "Information including money allocation and the starting and ending
time of the project will be given on the website. Besides, the public needs
to know what construction materials are used in making roads and drains."
DNCC Additional Chief Engineer Mohammad Arifur Rahman, Regional Executive
Officer of Region-4 Mohammad Jalal Uddin, Superintendent Engineer Khandaker
Mahabub Alam and Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP Convener Aminul Haque were
present, among others, on the occasion.
