DHAKA, May 19, 2025 (BSS) - In a nationwide operation to uphold the law and order, 1415 more miscreants were arrested in the last 24 hours.

Of the detainees, 886 individuals were accused of previous cases and wanted in pending warrants and 529 others were charged with various criminal offences, said a press release of the Police Headquarters.

During the operation, one foreign-made pistol, one local single-barrel gun and two magazines were seized.
