DHAKA, July 5, 2025 (BSS) - In the ongoing nationwide anti-crime crackdown, 1,542 more crime suspects were apprehended in the last 24 hours. 

According to the press release of the Police Headquarters, 1109 of the detainees were captured in previous cases and outstanding warrants while 433 others on various criminal charges.

One SMG, one foreign pistol, two magazines, 61 rounds of bullet of rifle and eight rounds of bullet of pistol were seized during the operation.
