DHAKA, July 28, 2025 (BSS) – The Land Ministry will launch a Land Service Support Centre to help people getting services without harassment and corruption, a press release of the ministry today said.

Citizens can submit their complaints and opinions relating to any harassment at the Land Service Support Centre which will monitor the services given to the people.

Citizens can file complaints by calling the ministry’s hotline number 16122. The call centre will remain open round the clock, the release said.

In addition, a comment box will be installed in the offices of all Assistant Commissioners (Land) of the country to receive citizens' opinions, it added.

Any citizen can directly submit their complaint in the complaint box, which will be considered with utmost importance.

“It will reduce corruption and harassment of people at field level to a large extent,” the release said.

Public awareness and support will play a major role in this regard,” the release said.
