DHAKA, July 28, 2025 (BSS) - Charge sheets in 15 July uprising cases including five murder ones have been submitted before the courts. 

Charge sheets in three murder cases were submitted by Sherpur police while one each by Kurigram police and Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP), said a press release of the Police Headquarters. 

Out of the 10 cases filed under other sections, one each was submitted by Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), Barisal Metropolitan Police (BMP) and Pabna district, three by Chapainawabganj police, two each by Sirajganj, and Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI). 

"Bangladesh Police is working hard to complete the investigation of all other registered cases and bring the criminals to justice," the release said.

Senior police officers are supervising the cases to ensure proper investigation of the cases filed during the mass uprising of students and the public, the release said.
