Bidhan for providing moral education to students to build them as worthy citizens

KISHOREGANJ, Aug 23, 2025 (BSS) - Primary and Mass Education Adviser Bidhan Ranjon Ray Podder today laid emphasis on providing moral education to students especially the primary level learners to build them as the worthy citizens of the country.  

“The students would be built up as the worthy citizens of the country if they grew through moral education...reading of essays and literature can be a good technique to learn moral education,” he said. 

The adviser urged the guardians to help their children habituated with leading a moral life along with raising the sense of unity, fondness and discipline among them.      

In this connection, he said the environment in schools can play an important role to this end as students used to consider their teachers as the ideal human being.   
 
The adviser made these observations while exchanging views with the headmasters and primary education related officers of the district here as chief guest. Kishoreganj district administration and District Primary Education Office jointly organized the meeting at Kishoreganj Shilpakola Academy here.

Primary and Mass Education Secretary Abu Taher Md Masud Rana, Director General of Primary Education Directorate Abu Nur Md Shamsuzzaman, its Director Kamrul Hassan and District Primary Education Officer Mujib Alam addressed the function with Additional Deputy Commission (ADC) of Kishoreganj Mizabe Rahmat in the chair. 

Referring to quality of education, the adviser said the media alongside the teachers and administration can play a pivotal role in ensuring the standard of primary education.

“We can know the problems of different educational institutions through the media and after that we can take effective measurers to solve those problems accordingly,” he added.
