Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) life philosophy guides toward emancipation: Religious Affairs Secretary

JAMALPUR, Sept 06, 2025 (BSS)- Religious Affairs Secretary AKM Aftab Hossain Pramanik today said the life and philosophy of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) serves as a timeless eternal guide for the emancipation of the mankind.

“Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a mercy for all creation. He came as a shining light to dispel the darkness of superstition, injustice, oppression, slavery, and sin, and to guide humanity toward truth, justice, and enlightenment,” he said while speaking at a discussion and prayer event on Eid-e-Miladunnabi at Jamalpur District Model Mosque here today.

Religious affairs secretary said prophet’s life is marked by unwavering devotion to Almighty Allah, noble character, kindness, and immense compassion.

He emphasized that Eid-e-Miladunnabi is not merely a ceremonial observance, but a solemn occasion to internalize and reflect the Prophet's (PBUH) ideals in our personal, family, social, and national lives.

He urged people to contain the Prophet’s ideals of honesty, justice, kindness, and tolerance in personal and social life. 

Jamalpur District Administration and Islamic Foundation jointly organized the event with Jamalpur Deputy Commissioner Hasina Begum in the chair.
Project Director of the Mosque-Based Children and Mass Education Project SM Tariqul Islam, Principal of Kamalkhan Hat Kamil Madrasa Maulana Md Akhtaruzzaman Siddiqui,Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Azizul Haque, Additional Superintendent of Police Yahia Al Mamun, and Deputy Director of Islamic Foundation Mohammad Ali Jinnah spoke among others on the occasion.
