DHAKA, Sept 10, 2025 (BSS) - Biman Bangladesh Airlines today suspended its Dhaka-Kathmandu-Dhaka flights after the Nepal government extended the temporary ban on all flight operations to and from the country until 6:15 pm (local time) today.

The national flag carrier was compelled to halt operations in compliance with the Nepalese government's directive issued in light of the prevailing situation there, said a Biman press release here this afternoon.

Passengers of yesterday's (September 9) and today's suspended flights will be notified of fresh arrangements once further instructions are received, the airline said.

Nepal-bound passengers have been advised to contact Biman's call center at 13636 or +8809610913636 between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm daily for the latest updates on flight schedules.
