DHAKA, Oct 3, 2025 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sheikh Md Sazzad Ali today inaugurated the outdoor of the central police hospital for providing treatment to the members of police and their families working at Mirpur Public order Management (POM).

The inaugural function was organized at POM police lines at Mirpur. The facilities have been launched under the supervision of DMP’s additional police commissioner M Sarwar and overall assistance of central police hospital.

The treatment facilities will play positive role, said DMP commissioner at the inaugural function, adding that it will reduce extra pressure of the patients at the central police hospital.  The members of police also can take consultation of the physicians and necessary sample can be collected for diagnosis, he added.

Other facilities include necessary medicine supply, physiotherapy and observation facilities as per the government rule, according to DMP release here today.
