RAJSHAHI, Nov 20, 2025 (BSS)- Application for admission in the first year honours courses of 2025-2026 academic session at Rajshahi University (RU) began today.

RU officials said distribution of the application form began from 12 noon Thursday and will continue till December 7.

RU ICT centre has published a complete guideline of the admission, saying that eligible students can submit their applications online till 11:59 pm on December 7. No written or offline application will be received.

Apart from Rajshahi the admission tests of the university will be held in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rangpur and Barisal centers.
 
RU sources said the admission test of the ‘C’ unit (Science) will be held on January 16, 2026, while the ‘A’ unit (Humanities) test will be on January 17. Admission test of ‘B’ unit (Commerce) will be held on January 24.

According to the circular, students who have passed the HSC and equivalent examinations in 2024 and 2025 can apply for the three units as per their merit.
