EC to hold meeting with law enforcement agencies Nov 27

DHAKA, Nov 20, 2025 (BSS) - The Election Commission (EC) will hold a meeting on November 27 to plan, coordinate and provide guidance on the deployment of law enforcement agencies to maintain law and order in polling stations and constituencies ahead of the upcoming 13th national parliament elections.

The meeting will be held at 10:30 am on that day at the conference room of the Election Commission Secretariat at Nirbachan Bhaban in city’s Agargaon.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) will preside over the meeting while election commissioners will present at the event.

The Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, Chief of Air Staff, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Principal Staff Officer of the Armed Forces Division, Inspector General of Police, Border Guard Bangladesh, Coast Guard, Ansar and VDP, DGFI, NSI, NTMC, Director General of RAB and Additional Inspector General of Police of SB, CID have been invited to attend the meeting.
