DHAKA, Dec 17, 2025 (BSS) - Officials engaged in electoral duties in the 13th National Parliament Election and Referendum have been asked to register to exercise their voting rights through the ‘Postal Vote BD’ app between December 18 and 25.

It was informed through a statement of the Election Commission (EC) today, Salim Ahmad Khan, Team Leader of the Out of Country Voting System and Implementation (OCV-SDI) project, told BSS.

The statement said, “Those who are engaged in election duties in the 13th National Parliament Election should register through the 'Postal Vote BD' app between December 18 and 25’. 

The Election Commission has requested voters in legal custody to register through the 'Postal Vote BD' app from December 21 to 24.

Another statement said, “To receive a postal ballot, provide the correct address as per the prevailing rules of the country while registering on the Postal Vote BD app. If necessary, provide the address of your workplace or acquaintance. It will not be possible to send the postal ballot paper to the voters without providing the correct and complete address.”
