RANGPUR, Jan 15, 2026 (BSS) - Adviser to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Environment, Forests and Climate Change and Water Resources Syeda Rizwana Hasan is coming to Nilphamari and Rangpur on Sunday on a two-day visit.
  
During the tour, the adviser will participate in a rally and exchange of views on the occasion of the referendum activities at the Nilphamari Deputy Commissioner's office on Sunday at 12 noon, according to a press note issued by the Rangpur Regional PID Office here today 

Later, she will join the referendum activities and exchange of views at the Rangpur Deputy Commissioner's office on the same day at 5 pm and will meet the Chinese Ambassador at the Circuit House at 9 pm. 
 
The advisor will visit the erosion-prone areas of the Teesta River on Monday (January 19) at 9 am. 

After the visit, she will participate in a referendum rally from the Rangpur Deputy Commissioner's office at 2:30 pm. 
 
After the visit, the adviser will leave Saidpur Airport for Dhaka at 7:05 pm that day, the press note added.
