Promising skill development initiatives for the youth if BNP comes to state power, he said, "For the members of the youth community, the young community we want to make them economically capable as well. Whether you go to London, or from here to the Middle East or any other country in the world, we will send you after giving you training, we will send you after teaching you the language of that country, so that you can quickly arrange employment after going there."
He further added, "If you go to that country without any skills, your income will be low. But if you go with some training, what will happen? Will your earnings not be higher? We want to make that arrangement for the people of this country."
Calling on people to take an oath to rebuild the nation, the BNP supreme leader said, "Whenever the people have elected the Sheaf of Paddy, there has been progress for the people. To implement our plans, the Sheaf of Paddy must be victorious across the country. So, I request everyone to ask their relatives as well to vote for the Sheaf of Paddy to build the country."
Seeking votes from the electorate of Dhaka-17 constituency, Tarique Rahman said, "We have to initiate the democratic process, people must be given the right to speak in the country. Who can guarantee this alone? Which party? Only the Sheaf of Paddy can give this guarantee. When the Sheaf of Paddy was in power, every person could speak freely. They regained the freedom to live."
