Debate competition held at KU

KHULNA, Feb, 6 (BSS) - A debate competition on "Carbon tax imposition of third world countries due to climate change" was held at Khulna University (KU) here today.

Sponsored by ADAMS Foundation, Noiayeek Debet Club of KU organised the event while Vice-Chancellor (VC) Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim inaugurated it as the chief guest. 

ADAMS Foundation Executive Director S M Ali Aslam was present as special guest. 

The aim of the debate competition was to foster critical thinking, confidence building and knowledge gathering on climate change impact issues and future challenges. 

At the end of the competition, a prize distribution ceremony was held. ADAMS Foundation Executive Director distributed the prize to the champion and Runners-up of the competition.
