Lutfey Siddiqi, Lamiya Morshed exchange views with foreign observers, journos

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Chief Adviser's Special Envoy on International Affairs Lutfey Siddiqi and Principal Coordinator for SDGs Affairs, Chief Adviser's Office, Lamiya Morshed today exchanged views with foreign observers and journalists.

The meeting was held at the media centre set up by the Press Information Department (PID) at Hotel InterContinental in the capital, a PID handout said.

Lutfey Siddiqi and Lamiya Morshed responded to various questions from journalists regarding referendum 2026 and the 13th national parliamentary election.

Foreign observers and journalists expressed satisfaction over the peaceful, participatory and orderly conduct of the polls, it said.

Lutfey Siddiqi and Lamiya Morshed also expressed satisfaction with the overall activities of the media centre arranged on the occasion of referendum 2026 and the national election.

PID Principal Information Officer Md Nizamul Kabir and senior officials of the department were present, among others.
