RAJSHAHI, Feb 20, 2026 (BSS) - Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu, MP, has
said that there is no question of any irregularity or corruption.

"We follow the ideals of martyred President Ziaur Rahman. There can be no
compromise on honesty and principles. Building a corruption-free

people is the main goal of the present government," he said.

He made these remarks while speaking to journalists at the Rajshahi Circuit
House today (Friday).

Later, he joined a view-exchange meeting with divisional and district-level
officials of Rajshahi Division at the conference room of the Circuit House.

The Land Minister said receiving ministerial responsibility from the Rajshahi
Sadar constituency after a long 46 years is an honor for all the people of
Rajshahi.

"This is not the achievement of any single individual; rather, it is the
result of the love and support of everyone," he added.

He also noted that after nearly 20 years, a new opportunity has emerged to
undertake fresh planning for Rajshahi.

Although he did not announce any major plans immediately after assuming
office, the Land Minister hinted that a clear action plan for the development
of Rajshahi would be presented soon.
