Seminar on intellectual property held at RU

RAJSHAHI, May 19, 2026 (BSS) - A seminar on the protection and commercialization of intellectual property was held at Rajshahi University (RU) this afternoon.

The seminar titled “Creating, Protecting & Commercializing Intellectual Property: A Roadmap for Bangladesh Universities” took place at the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). 

Professor Anisuzzaman Talukder from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) presented the keynote paper.

Chaired by IQAC Director Professor Abu Reza, the seminar was attended by Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration) Professor Mohammad Main Uddin and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Professor Farid Uddin Khan as guests.

Teachers from various departments were also present.
The seminar was moderated by IQAC Additional Director Professor Kamal Uddin.
