DHAKA, July 9, 2026 (BSS) - The government has promoted 179 Deputy Secretaries (DSs) to the post of Joint Secretary (JS).

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification to this end today.

The order has been issued in public interest.

According to the gazette notification, the promoted officers will submit their joining letters to the senior secretary of the Public Administration Ministry directly or by e-mail.
