DHAKA, July 9, 2026 (BSS) - The government has promoted additional secretary of Women and Children Affairs Dr Rawshan Ara Begum to the rank of secretary.

According to separate notifications issued by the public administration ministry here today in this regard. 

It said that the government also posted her to the National Institute of Local Government as director general.

The notification said the promotion order published for public interest will come into effect immediately.
