special discounts on Biman Bangladesh Airlines tickets to expatriate
Bangladeshis, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam Rita said
today.

She said the initiative is part of a series of government measures aimed at
ensuring better facilities and hassle-free air travel services for expatriate
Bangladeshis.

The minister made the remarks while addressing as the chief guest a reception
programme for first-year honours students at Government Debendra College in
Manikganj, said a press release here.

Highlighting the contribution of expatriate Bangladeshis to the country,
Afroza said the government has undertaken various initiatives to ensure
necessary facilities and services for them.

improve convenience for travellers.

Speaking about the educational institution, Afroza said Government Debendra
College has been spreading the light of education for the past 84 years and
