Khaleda Zia returns home from hospital

DHAKA, Oct 17, 2025 (BSS)- BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia returned home from the hospital. 
 
The BNP Chairperson was admitted to Evercare Hospital on Wednesday night for her routine health check-ups.
 
BNP Media Cell Member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the information. "She left the hospital for residence 'Firoza' at 11pm and arrived at 11:30pm," said Shayrul. 
 
This morning BNP Standing Committee Member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said, "Madam's (Khaleda Zia) overall condition is stable now. Her condition has improved compared to when she was admitted to the hospital."
 
Seventy-nine-year-old Khaleda Zia has long been suffering from various health complications, including arthritis, diabetes, kidney, lung, and eye issues.
