'Anti-discrimination Student Movement won't take responsibility of individual's crimes'

DHAKA, March 8, 2025 (BSS) - The 'Anti-Discrimination Student Movement-Mohammadpur' has announced that it will not take responsibility for any individual's crime.

"If any member commits a wrongdoing under the organization's name, they will be fully accountable for their actions, as the organization will not assume responsibility for the personal crimes of any individual," it said in a media statement, issued by the organization's spokesperson Md. Ferdous Hossain Sohan.

"We believe in justice and pure culture, and will always take a firm stand against misdeeds. If anyone violates the ideology and discipline of 'Anti-discrimination Student Movement-Mohammadpur', appropriate action will be taken against him," it added.

It said Anti-Discrimination Student Movement never condones injustice and doesn't support for a culture of impunity, saying the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement is a non-political banner.
