Prof Hancock of Kent University meets DU VC

DHAKA, April 17, 2025 (BSS)- Visiting Professor Landon E. Hancock of School of Peace and Conflict Studies of Kent State University of United States made a call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice Chancellor Professor Niaz Ahmed Khan at latter’s office here today.

Collective research potentials between the two universities regarding July Uprising and peace and conflict related issues were discussed in the meeting, a DU press release said.   

Besides, the two professors discussed the scopes of faculty, students and research exchange programs.

DU proctor Saifudin Ahmed and chairman of DU Peace and Conflict Studies department Dr. Muhammad Sazzad Hossain Siddiqui were present.
