DHAKA, June 22, 2025 (BSS) - In the ongoing nationwide operation, 1656 more 
crime suspects were arrested in the last 24 hours. 

According to the Police Headquarters statement, 1117 of them were apprehended 
in previous cases and outstanding warrants while 539 others in various 
criminal charges. 

One LG, one 7.65 RND foreign pistol, one cut pistol, one domestic pipe gun, 
six rounds of cartridges, six rounds of bullet and several sharp weapons were 
seized during the operation.
