DHAKA,  July 6, 2025 (BSS) – A five member delegation, including Malaysian High Commissioner in Dhaka, today made a courtesy call on Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman at Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central office here.

“The meeting was held in a cordial and warm atmosphere,” said party release here today.

Other members of the delegation included Asian Forum for Peace and Development (FORUM-ASIA) Chairman Dr Syed Azman Syed Ahmad Nawawi, Malaysian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Mohd Shuhada Othman, a member of FORUM-ASIA and Justice and Development Front’s Central Committee and a member of FORUM-ASIA.

Jamaat Nayeb-e Ameer ex-MP  Professor Mujibur Rahman,  ex-MP Dr Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher and ex-MP Maulana ANM Shamsul Islam, assistant secretary general  and central media and publication head Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Jubayer and Islamic Dawa circle Malaysia president Professor Saifullah Mansur.
