DHAKA, July 10, 2025 (BSS) - Iqra Angel Raisa, daughter of Anwar Hossain 
Mahbub, joint general secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan BNP's ward 59, who was 
killed by police in a false case on February 16, 2016, has secured GPA-5 in 
this year's SSC examination.

Soon after hearing the news of such a good result in the examination, BNP 
acting chairman and main patron Amra BNP Paribar Tarique Rahman asked the 
leaders of the organization concerned to convey his greetings and 
congratulations to Raisa.

Atiqur Rahman Rumon, convener of Amra BNP Paribar and member of BNP Media 
Cell, took steps to convey this greetings and congratulations message from 
the acting chairman of the party.

A delegation of Amra BNP Paribar went to Iqra Angel Raisa's Lalbagh residence 
in Old Dhaka and presented flowers, sweets, story books and dresses to Raisa 
on behalf of Tarique Rahman and wished her bright success in the future.

Amra BNP Paribar member secretary Moksedul Momin Mithun, member of the 
organization Shahadat Hossain, Chhatra Dal leader Mashiur Rahman Mahan and 
others were present on the occasion.
