DHAKA, Sept 05, 2025 (BSS) – Police arrested 1,692 crime suspects from different parts of the country in the last 24 hours.
A total of 1,083 were wanted in previous cases and warrants, while 609 others were arrested on other criminal charges, according to a Police Headquarters statement issued here today.

It said a revolver, a gun, four long guns, and other sharp weapons were seized during the drive.
