DHAKA, Sept 12, 2025 (BSS) – Police arrested 1,809 crime suspects from different parts of the country in the last 24 hours, according to Police Headquarters statement. 

The statement, issued here today, said 1,281 were wanted in previous cases and warrants, while 528 others have been arrested for other criminal charges. 

Firearms with ammunition and local weapons were recovered during the drives.
