DHAKA, Sept 15, 2025 (BSS) - Police arrested 1561 crime suspects over the last 24 hours during it’s ongoing nationwide anti-crime crackdown.
 
According to the Police Headquarters, 1041 of them were arrested in connection with criminal cases against whom arrest-warrants were pending.  Other 520 persons were captured on various criminal charges.

One country made light gun was also recovered during the drive, PHQ said.
