Fakhrul mourns death of BNP leader's mother Maria Gomez

DHAKA, Sept 17, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Maria Gomez, mother of Advocate John Gomez, Assistant Secretary of the BNP National Executive Committee.

Maria Gomez passed away yesterday due to old-age complications at the age of 93.

In a condolence message, Mirza Fakhrul prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
